Choral Evensong Instructions - Sat 26th September 2020

Well done everyone at Friday’s rehearsals for following the precautions well.  The Decani Choir were sounding excellent under Matthew’s direction and we should have a lovely Choral Evensong prepared.

Thank you for your patience Cantoris Choir – Your turn is next week!

The ‘Local Lockdown’ in Stockport fortunately does not impact on the way we are currently functioning.  The risk assessment measures in place are already sufficient.

After a productive meeting up at church this morning, I think we should be on track to having a permanent internet link up to church so Sunday morning could be up and running with a YouTube live-stream in a few weeks.  This is subject to PCC approval on Monday.  This is really exciting news as we can then move to a more normal pattern of live services in church on Sundays.  Next week’s Harvest Festival will stream via a temporary internet streaming set-up which takes a lot of setting up by Chris (hence the need for a permanent link before we can do it regularly).
